A report on GREGG BRADEN presentation regarding three astonishing experiments with DNA follows.  The reporter is not known to us, but is quite accurate in covering Gregg Braden's ideas and research.

HEALING HEARTS/HEALING NATIONS: THE SCIENCE OF PEACE AND THE POWER OF PRAYER
BY NOW, I suppose you are thinking about anthrax.  If so, you will be happy to get the news I have from Gregg Braden, author of The Isaiah Effect and Awakening to the Zero Point. I attended one of his all-day intensives on Sunday Oct 14th and what I am going to tell you is only a SMALL portion of the information he covered.
The title of this program was Healing Hearts/Healing Nations: The Science of Peace and the Power of Prayer.
He started off discussing how in the past we lost huge amounts of information from ancient spiritual traditions (when the library at Alexandria burned we lost at least 532,000 documents), and that there may be information in those traditions which could help us understand some of the mysteries of science.  To this end he reported on three very interesting experiments. Gregg Braden started off as a scientist and engineer, before he began pursuing these larger questions.
EXPERIMENT #1
The first experiment he reported was done by Dr.Vladimir Poponin, a quantumbiologist. In this experiment, first a container was emptied (ie a vacuum was created within it), and then the only thing left in it were photons (particles of light).
They measured the distribution (ie the location) of the photons and found they were completely random inside the container. This was the expected result. Then some DNA was placed inside the container and the distribution (location) of the photons was remeasured. This time the photons were LINED UP in an ORDERED way and aligned with the DNA. In other words the physical DNA had an effect on the non-physical photons.
After that, the DNA was removed from the container, and the distribution of the photons was
remeasured again. The photons REMAINED ORDERED and lined up where the DNA had been. What are the light particles connected to?
Gregg Braden says we are forced to accept the possibility that some NEW field of energy, a web of energy, is there and the DNA is communicating with the photons through this energy.
EXPERIMENT #2
These were experiments done by the military. Leukocytes (white blood cells) were collected for DNA from donors and placed into chambers so they could be measure electrical changes. In this
experiment, the donor was placed in one room and subjected to "emotional stimulation" consisting of video clips, which generated different emotions in the donor.
The DNA was placed in a different room in the same building. Both the donor and his DNA were monitored and as the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys (measured by electrical responses), the DNA exhibited the IDENTICAL RESPONSES AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. There was no lag time, no transmission time. The DNA peaks and valleys EXACTLY MATCHED the peaks and valleys of the donor in time.
The military wanted to see how far away they could separate the donor from his DNA and still get this effect. They stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor by 50 miles and STILL had the SAME result. No lag time; no transmission time.
The DNA and the donor had the same identical responses in time. What can this mean?
Gregg Braden says it means that living cells communicate through a previously unrecognized form of energy. This energy is not affected by time and distance. This is a non-local form of energy, an energy that already exists everywhere, all the time.
EXPERIMENT #3
The third experiment was done by the Institute of Heart Math and the paper that was written about this was titled: Local and Non local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA. (Disregard the title! The info is incredible.)
This is the experiment that relates directly to the anthrax situation. In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions.
What was discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers: 1. When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by RELAXING and the strands unwound. The length of the DNA became longer.  2. When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many of our DNA codes! If you've ever felt "shut down" by negative emotions, now you know why your body was equally shut down too. The shut down of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation were felt by the researchers.
This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients. They discovered that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE they had without those feelings. So here's the answer to what can help you stay well, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy, love, gratitude and appreciation!
These emotional changes went beyond the effects of electro-magnetics. Individuals trained in deep love were able to change the shape of their DNA. Gregg Braden says this illustrates a new recognized form of energy that connects all of creation.
This energy appears to be a TIGHTLY WOVEN WEB that connects all matter. Essentially we're able to influence this web of creation through our VIBRATION.
SUMMARY:
What do the results of these experiments have to do with our present situation? This is the science behind how we can choose a timeline to stay safe, no matter what else is happening. As Gregg explains in The Isaiah Effect, basically time is not just linear (past, present and future), but it also has depth. The depth of time consists of all the possible prayers and timelines that could ever be prayed or exist. Essentially, all our prayers have already been answered. We just activate the one we're living through our FEELINGS. THIS is how we create our reality - by choosing it with our feelings. Our
feelings are activating the timeline via the web of creation, which connects all of the energy and matter of the Universe.
 
Remember that the law of the Universe is that we attract what we focus on. If you are focused on fearing whatever may come, you are sending a strong message to the Universe to send you whatever you fear. Instead if you can get yourself into feelings of joy, love, appreciation or gratitude, and focus on bringing more of that into your life, you are going to avoid the negative stuff automatically.
You will be choosing a different TIMELINE with your feelings.
You can prevent getting anthrax or any other flu, virus, etc, by staying in these positive feelings, which maintains an incredibly strong immune system.
So here's your protection for whatever comes: Find something to be happy about every day, and every hour if possible, moment-to-moment, even if only for a few minutes. This is the easiest and best protection you can have. If nothing else, be joyous that the criminals have "already been caught" by the Universe!

	MODULATION OF DNA BY COHERENT HEART FREQUENCIES   Glen Rein*+, Ph.D. and Rollin McCraty+, M.A.   * Quantum Biology Research Labs, Boulder Creek, CA + Institute of HeartMath, Boulder Creek, CA     INTRODUCTION   Popp's demonstration of quantum coherence in biological systems (1) along with the authors' demonstration that quantum fields can influence neurological (2) and immunological functions (3), support the possibility of a coherent endogenous electro-magnetic field within the body. This hypothesis is also supported by two recent findings from the Institute of HeartMath (4). These studies demonstrated a) coherence in the ECG frequency spectra of individuals whose attention was focused in the heart area while generating deep feelings of love, care or appreciation and b) a correlation between the ECG coherent patterns and those also occurring in the brain and other parts of the body. These results support the Institute's theory that the heart acts as a master electrical oscillator capable of radiating coherent frequencies which promote the health and vitality of the entire human system (5,6). The theory also proposes that physiological benefits of coherent heart frequencies are mediated through DNA. The theory is supported by Popp's demonstration that DNA emits quantum coherent photons (7). One of the first steps in testing this hypothesis would be the demonstration that DNA is modulated by individuals producing coherence in the ECG frequency spectra.   MATERIALS AND METHODS   A continuous state of deeply focused love was generated by Doc Lew Childre as well as several Institute of HeartMath staff capable of emotional and mental self-management and by Dr. Leonard Laskow skilled in holoenergetic healing methods. Individuals with no specialized training were also used as controls. ECG measurements were taken and analyzed by fast fourier transform (FFT) techniques. The coherence ratio was determined by the percent of coherent to noncoherent epics during the entire two minutes of recording. DNA samples were given to all individuals approximately one minute after physiological recordings had begun. The subjects held a beaker containing a test tube filled with DNA for the next two minutes during which time ECG recordings were continued. The DNA samples consisted of identical aliquots (labeled in a double blind fashion) of human placental DNA suspended in deionized water. At the beginning of each experiment, all DNA samples were heat treated to partially denature (unwind) the DNA. All samples were stored at 4° C in a separate building before and after each experimental run. For each sample, the conformation of DNA was measured before and after exposure to the subject's intention using a Hewlett Packard UV absorption spectrophotometer. The experiments were repeated and confirmed in a second series of tests in another lab using a Carey UV absorption spectrophotometer.

	RESULTS AND DISCUSSION   Individuals trained in generating focused feelings of deep love showed high coherence ratios in their ECG frequency spectra and all were able to intentionally cause a change in the conformation of the DNA. The DNA conformation was affected differently according to the specific intention. In some experiments, different intentions caused opposite effects on the DNA. Individuals who showed low coherence ratios, although in a calm state of mind, were unable to change the conformation of the DNA. The amount of winding and unwinding of the two strands of the DNA helix can be directly measured using UV spectroscopy. UV spectroscopy gives information about the chemical interactions between strands, the resonance energy transfer along individual strands and the interaction between the strands and their environment (water). The conformational changes of DNA observed in this study were complex and suggest that all three sites of action were affected. The UV spectra in Figure 1 indicates a very large increase in absorption (increased denaturation) of a DNA sample after being exposed to an individual generating a particularly high ECG coherence ratio. The observed changes reflected his intention to further denature the DNA. These changes were 3-fold larger than those produced by maximal thermal and/or mechanical perturbation, well known to denature DNA. The effects observed here go well beyond simply causing the DNA to completely denature (i.e., complete separation of the two strands). One possible explanation is that a physical/chemical alteration in the DNA bases which absorb UV light has occurred.     The results in Figure 2 indicate that another individual who showed a relatively high ECG coherence ratio also caused a decrease in the absorption of DNA. This is consistent with the subject's intention to rewind the DNA back into its intact helical conformation. These results also indicate that different states have different effects on the DNA, but the state which generated the highest coherence ratio produced the most marked effects on the conformation of DNA. The dependence of the DNA conformation on the state of the individual was also demonstrated in control individuals who in their normal state generated particularly low ECG coherence ratios and were unable to intentionally influence the DNA. 	Figure 2. The ECG spectra (left) produced the effect shown in state #2 in the DNA UV spectra. Different coherence ratios (eg. State #2) in the ECG spectra correlated with the amount of conformational change observed in the DNA.   Since different intentions produced different effects on the DNA conformation, it was of interest to see if a specific intention could be directed toward an individual DNA sample. Three identical aliquots of DNA were held at the same time with the intention of denaturing two samples to different degrees but not influencing the third sample. The results in Figure 3 indicate that the two DNA samples showed increased absorption to different degrees while the third sample showed no change in absorption as compared to an untreated control sample. The ability to focus and direct a specific intention to different DNA molecules indicates that the coherent energy field associated with the state of deep love has the ability to respond to very specific intentions and is not just an amorphous energy field. Figure 3. In this experiment, three DNA samples were held at the same time with the intention of simultaneously causing different effects in two samples, while leaving one of the samples unchanged. Sample #3 and the control are indistinguishable from one another, while samples #2 had a smaller change than #1.

	Figure 4. The ECG spectra on the left shows very little indication of coherence with a corresponding small change in the conformational state of the DNA.   CONCLUSION   The results offer the first direct experimental evidence to support the hypothesis that the loving state can produce physiological effects at the level of DNA (5,6). These results extend the previous study by McClelland which demonstrated that individuals in loving states showed increased levels of salivary IgA (8). This study is the first to correlate electrophysiological measurements with physiological changes and indicates that individuals in a loving state produced ECG coherence and can alter the conformation of DNA. Furthermore, the effects were independent of the techniques used to generate coherent heart frequencies. All individuals capable of generating high ECG coherence ratios could alter DNA conformation according to their intention. Intending to denature (unwind) or renature (wind) the DNA had corresponding effects on the UV spectra. Control individuals, who were not able to sustain their feelings of love, showed low ratios of ECG coherence and were unable to intentionally alter the conformation of DNA. The conformational states of DNA are important in DNA replication and repair in addition to a wide variety of basic cell functions. The results extend our understanding beyond the current psychoneuroimmunology model which only considers the effects of the brain/mind on the immune system and support the idea that the heart plays a key role in regulating the ability of the mind to effect the body. It is likely that coherent heart frequencies can also mediate immunological effects by a direct action on the DNA molecule. This new understanding of the regulatory role of the heart can be considered as a new discipline, which we call cardioneuroimmunology.

Biological Effects of Scalar Acoustic Energy: Modulation of DNA

Introduction:
Natural atomic and molecular vibrations in the body emit EM and acoustic energy fields which regulate biochemical processes thereby manifesting as health or disease. Therefore, healing can occur by modulating these natural oscillations. It is proposed here that natural biological vibrations are regulated by yet another set of more fundamental oscillations which exist and function at the quantum level in higher dimensional space/time. Therefore healing of the body occurs by ensuring that these quantum fluctuations are functioning at optimal capacity. This can ultimately be achieved by the action of spirit which functions at even higher levels. However, regulation of quantum fluctuations can also occur by introducing correct frequency information into the body at the quantum level using non-Hertzian/quantum fields. One of us (GR) has pioneered research in this area by demonstrating in vitro that quantum fields modulate the function of nerve cells, immune cells (Rein, 1992) and DNA (Rein, 1997).

Experimental evidence is presented which also indicates that quantum fluctuations can be modulated with non-Hertzian (scalar) acoustic waves. Although scalar electromagnetics is fairly well known due to Tom Bearden's efforts in popularizing the concepts that opposing electromagnetic (EM) fields cancel the vector force fields leaving behind "scalar" energy, relatively little is known about scalar acoustics.Similarly scalar acoustics refers to the subtle form of acoustic energy generated when sound fields oppose each other and cancel. In the case of EM fields cancellation is achieved experimentally by opposing the current flowing in wires originating from a signal generator. A similar approach has also been used to generate scalar acoustics using sound recordings as the starting signal instead of a signal generator. Most of the "research" using scalar acoustics is anecdotal reports from individuals treated using non-scientific protocols. Sound Energy Research in Oxnard, California, however, has done some interesting scientific research using scalar acoustic biofeedback. In this case sound recordings from the subject's own voice are computer enhanced to extract harmonic octave patterns which are then fed back to the body using specially designed caduceus coils. These healing acoustic signals caused characteristic changes in EEG recordings and immune cell activity as monitored using dark field microscopy . Scalar acoustics has also been used to imprint water samples which are commercially available through Bioquest of Incline Village in Nevada.

Methods
The scalar acoustics apparatus was supplied by Bioquest and consisted of a CD player, an amplifier and a specially modified caduceus-like self-cancelling coil. Four types of music were played for the treatment period of 1.0 hr, rock music (mixture of hard and soft rock), classic music (mixture of several composers including Bach), Hungarian gregorian chants (Magyar Gregorianum) and sanskrit chants (Om Namah Shivaya from the Syda Yoga Foundation).

A sealed test tube containing an aqueous stock solution of human DNA (Sigma Chemical Co, St.Louis, MO, 4.0mg/ml deionized water) was used in all experiments. The stock solution was then diluted 1/10 in deionized water into glass test tubes and several identical aliquots were generated. One sample was placed in a clear area on the laboratory bench and the other sample was placed adjacent to the Bio-quest coil. These samples were approximately three 25 feet from each other. Each experiment consisted of a control and a treated sample using one of the four music tapes. Additional control experiments were also conducted where both samples were placed in a clear area on the bench. After 1.0 hours, four aliquots were taken from each sample, diluted 1/10 in deionized water and measured using a Hewlett Packard Diode Array Spectrophotometer at 260nm. The four values from each sample were averaged and the percent change calculated. A positive value (increased absorption) is due to denaturation (unwinding) of DNA, whereas negative values reflect DNA winding.

Results
Two control samples in the absence of any treatment varied in their ability to absorb UV light by 0 to ± 1%. The results from one experiment indicated that classical music caused a 1.1 % increase in absorption and rock music caused a 1.8% decrease in absorption indicating no effect. Gregorian chants, however caused a 5.0% and 9.1% increase in absorption in two separate experiments. Sanskrit chanting caused a similar 8.2% and 5.8% effect in two separate experiments. Thus both types of sacred chanting music produced a large unwinding effect on DNA.

Conclusison
The results presented here indicate that ordinary music when converted into scalar, non-Hertzian energy, can resonate with human DNA. Rock and classical music do not affect DNA, although spiritual musical chants do resonate with DNA. Although these experiments were performed with isolated and purified DNA, it is likely that the frequencies associated with these forms of music will also resonate with DNA in the body. The ability of certain types of music to resonate with DNA offers a new and novel mechanism for the healing action of music.
